Group registration is a method where individuals register together to receive exclusive group discounts offered by the organizers. This method is suitable for participants who may not know each other but want to register together to enjoy the best group benefits. To create a group registration, please follow the instructions below.
First, one person will act as the group leader and create the group link by accessing the race they wish to join. Click “Group Purchase“, select “Members pay individually“, then click “Register“.
On the next page, fill in the group information in the corresponding fields. Under the “Settings” section, please note the following options:
Refund to:
- Member’s account: After the group is finalized, the discount amount will be credited to each member’s wallet. If you’re forming a group with strangers, this is the recommended option.
- Leader’s account: All discounted funds will be sent to the group leader’s wallet. Suitable when the leader knows all group members personally.
Visibility:
- Public: Your group will be visible on the race registration page, and others can join directly. This helps increase potential participants.
- Private: Your group won’t appear publicly. You must manually send the link to potential members. Ideal for clubs or organizations wanting to keep group access restricted.
Set Group Code: Set a password if you don’t want strangers joining your group.
Registration link closing date: The date you want the group to close. This must not be later than the final registration date of the event.
Click Next to proceed, and then I confirm once all the information is correct.
On the next page, you’ll see group details such as commission discounts and more.
To let others join your group, find the section labeled “Registration Link“. Click Copy and send this link to anyone who wants to join your group.
Group members will use this link to register and pay as normal. You can monitor and manage the list of members via your group management page.
Once all desired members have joined, click “Complete Order” to finalize the group.
Note: After clicking “Complete Order“, you will not be able to add any more members to the group.
