When buying group tickets on iRace, the group leader after making the payment needs to ask the members to access the group and fill in their information to complete the registration.
Step 1: Go to https://ticket.irace.vn/groups and click View details in your group
Step 2: On the page that appears, you will see there are blank rows with the word Copy. Each row corresponds to the information of a group member. The team leader just needs to click “Copy” and send the link to the member who needs to register.
Step 3: After all members have filled in the information. The group leader presses “Confirm information” to complete the group registration.
Team leader can click “Export Data” to view his or her team member details.
Note:
- The team leader is responsible for requiring members to register information within 24 hours/before the event closes registration or the end of the period from the time of successful order payment.
- The group leader takes full responsibility if any member fails to register on time or has incorrect information and is removed from the registration list.
